Your order will be processed for shipping within 3-4 business days depending on the time of year. Generally it's faster than this. The holidays are our busy season and we make every effort to keep this time line but it can be delayed.
With our "Free Shipping" option you can expect 3-6 business days for the arrival of your product after it ships from our location. All of our packages go out via USPS.
You will always receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking number from us with every order.
At times we will offer expedited processing for our customers who need their orders quickly. When this option is chosen at checkout your order will be processed in 1 business day, and shipped via 2 day priority mail, consider it a front of the line pass!
If it has been over 4 business days since you ordered and you have not received tracking please email us to assist.
If you have your tracking number but your package has not moved in over 3 days please contact us for help, if it's not marked as delivered we can still file a claim for it and send you a replacement.
If your package has been marked as delivered by USPS but you think it's an error or was stolen please first check with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. If you're unable to locate the package contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We can no longer file a claim at this point to recoup the loss but will provide a one time courtesy replacement. If you contact us more than 3 days after delivery we will not send a replacement order because we can not assume liability for unsecured mailboxes.
